# Can I intercept text messages free online to check my kid's phone?

My teenager has been acting secretive since last week, and I want to see whether there’s any free online way to view their text messages from my own phone. Is that possible without installing anything?

Realistically, no—there’s no legit free webpage that just shows your teen’s texts; SMS lives on the phone/carrier, and anything promising that is usually a scam. If you’re on a family plan, check carrier parental controls or Apple/Google family settings, but otherwise it’s usually a conversation plus some screen-time rules.
