Yeah, those “old post viewers” are mostly hype — for your own account, Instagram’s built-in Archive (profile menu \> Archive) or Download Your Information already shows everything you ever posted. Any third-party site asking for your login is usually just phishing or scraping public stuff, and no app can pull someone else’s deleted or private old posts without their phone or password.
