Since yesterday our family locator app stopped refreshing my son’s location, it just shows him stuck at school from this morning. I restarted his phone and checked the settings, no luck. Is this happening to anyone else? ---

Not just you—Life360 loves to go stale after an app update or when the phone’s battery saver kicks in. On his phone, check Life360 permissions: Location = Always + Precise, Background App Refresh on (iPhone) or Battery = Unrestricted (Android), and turn off Low Power/Data Saver. Yeah, Life360 used to freeze my location at school for hours even after I left, and my parents would lose it. Restarting the phone rarely fixed it for me either—usually it was the app getting killed in the background or location set to something other than Always. Super annoying on both sides, honestly. ---
