I deleted a few Facebook posts over a month ago and now wish I’d saved them. Is there any way to get them back after 30 days?
Yeah, after 30 days they’re pretty much toast—Facebook’s recycle bin only holds deleted posts for 30 days, and any “recovery” app is just taking your money. Your only real long shots are an old data archive you downloaded before deleting, or a friend who saved/screenshotted it. For next time, set a reminder to download your Facebook info every few months.
